Who we are

Brandilo is a marketing and creative agency. This notice explains how we handle the information you share with us through the project form on brandiloagency.com.

What we collect

When you send the project form, we receive the answers you choose to give:

• your goals, business name, industry, country and, if you add them, your website or social profile;
• a description of your situation, the type of project, the investment you are considering, any advertising budget and your timing;
• your name, email address, preferred contact method and, if you choose phone contact, your phone number.

Please do not include passwords, account access or sensitive personal information in the form.

Why we use it

We use these details only to review your request, contact you about your project, arrange a conversation and, if relevant, prepare a tailored proposal. We process them because you ask us to contact you.

We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list from this form.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the website and the form:

• Supabase stores form submissions in a database hosted in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden).
• Resend sends us an email notification for each submission (European Union region, Ireland).
• Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox where our team receives these notifications.
• Vercel hosts the website and may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely.

These providers may process data outside Morocco. They act on our behalf and only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them, unless we start working together, in which case some information becomes part of our client records.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by writing to contact@brandiloagency.com. We will answer as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are in Morocco, you may also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. If this changes, we will update this notice first.

Changes

We may update this notice when our services or providers change. The date below shows the latest version.
